Yes. CLOSW Construction LLC holds General Contractor licenses in every US state where we operate. We are fully bonded, OSHA-compliant, and carry $20M+ in US commercial liability insurance. All projects meet IBC and local building codes.
CAN YOU WORK WITH OUR EXISTING ARCHITECT?
Absolutely. We operate in CM at Risk, Design-Build, or traditional GC delivery. We integrate with owner-appointed architects and MEP engineers and treat their drawings as the starting point — not a problem to work around.
